Fresher than fresh
We process the mushrooms into a frozen finished product shortly after they are harvested. As a result, they retain their freshness and flavor, but also have a long shelf life. Perfect for pizzas, soups, sauces, ready meals, burgers, pastas, sandwiches and more….
Our assortment consists of a variety of:
- Mushrooms: White, chestnut/portobello mushrooms
- Cap sizes: 20 mm to 80 mm
- Slice thicknesses: 4 mm to 9 mm
- Packaging: 450-gram bags to 850-kilogram octabins
