We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator (M/F) for 20 to 24 hours. Do you have experience in a similar position and are you looking for a new challenge? We offer you a fun, varied job in Kesteren:
Your work day
Around 08:30 you start your working day with a cup of coffee. You immediately see that one of the coffee machines is down, but recognize the message and have the machine up and running again in no time. A good start to the day! When you arrive at the office, process the incoming emails and prepare for your first appointment today. At 10:00 am you will meet with the safety group to discuss an unsafe situation on the work floor. You have worked out a practical solution for this and discuss it with the team. After agreement, you immediately divide the tasks to implement the plan. After the meeting, you call the BHV (FAFS) training instructor. Some finishing touches need to be made before next week’s training. After lunch, a new employee starts. You have organized the onboarding, which means there is a nice welcome present, safety training can be done and the locker is filled with the right work clothes. When you return to your workplace, a colleague reports a faulty emergency light. You check the correct location in the plant and immediately call the partner to fix this problem. Then you work away the clean laundry that has come in; all work clothes are back in the lockers neatly. Until the end of the day you work on updating the RA&E (Risk Assessment & Evaluation) and put the pictures of the latest staff party on the digital screen in the canteen. In this role, no day is the same and that is exactly what makes it so much fun for you.
